Deep Tissue Massage begins with a gentle warm up before using slow, focused strokes, cross-fiber friction, and direct sustained pressure to target chronic tension and break down adhesions or scar tissue. Gentle stretching may also be incorporated to improve mobility, relieve tightness and support longer lasting results.
