Welcome – I'm Kayla and I’m so glad you’re here! Here’s a little bit about my story and what I offer 👇🏻 I'm a dedicated certified massage therapist serving the Park Rapids community with a passion for creating a calm, supportive environment where others can fully unwind and relax. My path began in healthcare as a certified nursing assistant at age 16, where I learned the value of compassionate, hands-on care. That experience inspired me to pursue massage therapy a field where I could combine my knowledge, empathy, and love for helping others. My approach to care is gently shaped by my Christian faith, guiding me to serve others with compassion, professionalism, and respect. In 2023, I opened Massage Therapy By Kayla with the goal of offering personalized, therapeutic massage in a safe and supportive space. Whether you're managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply needing time to relax, each session is tailored to meet your unique needs. Sessions start with a quick consultation to address your needs. I keep consultations short to maximize your time on the table. Most of my sessions are conducted in silence to give you the space to fully unwind and rest. If you’d prefer to talk, I will always follow your lead. Military and seniors 65+ receive 10% off all services. I’m truly honored to support your wellness journey and look forward to working with you! ❤️
CANCELLATION POLICY
‼️Cancellation Policy Reminder‼️ I understand that life can be unpredictable, and unexpected situations may arise. However, I kindly ask that you respect my time as much as I respect yours. If you are unable to make your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Unfortunately, in the case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, a fee of 50% of the services booked will be charged. Appointments will be held for a grace period of 15 minutes after the originally scheduled time. If you arrive after this period, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. Payment Policy: All services are due at the end of appointment. If a card on file is declined, payment will be collected from any available account balance (including gift cards). If no balance is available, an alternate payment method (Venmo or invoice) is required before future appointments can be scheduled. Any unpaid balances must be resolved before scheduling future appointments, and clients with outstanding balances may be restricted from booking until payment is received.
